that our solutions will address their respective problems.
We take the time to analyze our clients' business first,
and then discuss with them our recommendations. We also
spell out the costs and the potential benefits of using
our services so that clients can easily evaluate why using
our services makes good business sense.
We operate nationally in the US, and also
in the Latin American and Caribbean markets. We have an
extensive network of established and reputable firms in
the region which enables us to deal with issues on a country-by-country
basis. We ensure that our clients follow the local laws
of each country, and that their Accounts Receivable are
protected in each jurisdiction. Having access to legal
representation also means that our clients can enforce
their rights regionally through our offices. As a result
of this approach, we have been able to successfully enforce
debts previously regarded as uncollectible by our clients.
When PACS accepts
an assignment from a client, there is a commitment from
our firm to produce outstanding results. We take pride
in our work and in the quality of service which we deliver
to our clients. As a result, most of our clients become
ongoing business partners. Usually, a single account executive
will manage a client's portfolio so that there is only
one point-of-contact to ensure a timely, accurate and coordinated
information flow on each program. We also provide our clients
with regular reports and a detailed accounting of all monies
collected on their behalf.
